We are currently looking for a Renewals Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for reducing churn, maintaining steady customer retention, managing a high volume of accounts to ensure an on-time or early renewal, proactively communicating new features, and prospecting for new strategic sales initiatives. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their sales skills by learning to manage accounts, create a better customer experience and become close to the sales track. You will have a direct impact in building our revenue stream.
Responsibilities:
Process maintenance renewal quotes on a daily basis Proactively manage and prioritize the monthly and quarterly renewal activities Verify the data integrity of all quotes, purchase orders and invoices Proactively communicate with internal teams and field sales to fulfill the maintenance quotes daily and weekly Track and report on renewal activities utilizing Salesforce.com Accurately forecast business Identify and communicate risk within the business Ensuring customer satisfaction and support issues are escalated to the appropriate department
Skills and Experience:
Work experience in the maintenance renewal process Highly organized and strong interpersonal & communications skills Skill in organization and time management Ability to work independently and in a cross functionally team environment Must be flexible and adaptable – Ability to wear multiple hats and multi-task Solid decision making skills and ability to show good judgment when necessary Excellent technical skills: Excel, Outlook, SFDC Bilingual with Spanish/English is required
