With the help of some of the brightest minds in technology, merchandising, marketing, supply chain, talent and more, we are reimagining the intersection of digital and physical shopping to help achieve that mission.Job Title:2019 MBA Summer Intern - Product Manager, Retail Core EnginePosition Summary:As the nucleolus to the Walmart eCommerce shopping experience, the Retail Core Engine is dedicated to solving complex and exciting challenges that will redefine the ecommerce experience and empower internal retail users. The Flight Deck tool provide our Retail teams with the insights, data and capabilities they need to manage each segment of their business. In this role, you will be a part of the Product team that delivers these solutions to thousands of users across the Retail organization.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:• Assist Product Managers in roadmap development and prioritization

Clearly define user stories that support product vision

QA features before deployment

Track and analyze product quality bugs

Understand and troubleshoot technical issues

Make ongoing recommendations to resolve issues in category tools

Conduct ad hoc analysis as required

Create internal communications and product documentation to drive adoption

Measure, learn and iterate following each new feature delivery

Serve as an internal and external evangelist for your productsMinimum Qualifications:• Currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA program

2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, operations and/or analytics (Product Management experience a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities

Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities

Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while working independently and in team

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Passionate about the Jet.com/Walmart.com customer – you must know the product

Analytical and data driven – you live for data to power your decision making

Driven and self-motivated - you can hit the ground running with minimal supervision

Experience with relational databases and/or SQL
