The Flight Deck tool provide our Retail teams with the insights, data and capabilities they need to manage each segment of their business. In this role, you will be a part of the Product team that delivers these solutions to thousands of users across the Retail organization.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:• Assist Product Managers in roadmap development and prioritization

• Clearly define user stories that support product vision

• QA features before deployment

• Track and analyze product quality bugs

• Understand and troubleshoot technical issues

• Make ongoing recommendations to resolve issues in category tools

• Conduct ad hoc analysis as required

• Create internal communications and product documentation to drive adoption

• Measure, learn and iterate following each new feature delivery

• Serve as an internal and external evangelist for your productsMinimum Qualifications:• Currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA program

• 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, operations and/or analytics (Product Management experience a plus)

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities

• Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities

• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while working independently and in team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Passionate about the Jet.com/Walmart.com customer – you must know the product

• Analytical and data driven – you live for data to power your decision making

• Driven and self-motivated - you can hit the ground running with minimal supervision

• Experience with relational databases and/or SQL
