Duties and Responsibilities

Provide support to children’s crisis residential program Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate interns, volunteers and mentors Assist with grant writing, research and preparation Complete program reports, maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and submit grant follow up reports Assist with fundraising and outreach activities Attend HMIS meetings and trainings Plan recognitions and celebrations Provide back-up shift coverage for youth specialist’s shifts Solicit monetary and in-kind donations and represent the program at speaking engagements
Qualification and Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Experience working with at-risk youth, as well as fundraising and public speaking Must be available to work outreach, community events, fundraisers, and weekend/evening/graveyard shifts as needed Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements, and a satisfactory driving record
