Able to diagnosis, repair, rebuild and/or install all types of commercial and residential water heaters and boilers.  Provide leadership and direction for field operations through development of field personnel. Recommend hiring, conduct training, and motivating Field Technicians, and Field Technician Trainees. Conduct inspections on work performed by all technicians and coach them on methods of improvements at least quarterly. This includes a review of all photos taken by technicians of equipment removed and/or installed
