Job Summary

RZ Radio LLC is looking for a seasonal Board Operator that will run sports games and will include but not limited to loading Public Service Announcements, ensuring logs, commercials and other elements are broadcasting correctly during remotes and sports games, as well as utilizing broadcasting software. Some tasks may also include operating within the stations’ websites and other social media platforms and other duties as required by management. Candidates will need to be available to work mornings, weekends and holidays. Spots are limited, interviews will be held Jan 31rst. This is a seasonal position offering approximately 20 hours or less per week.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be 18 years or older and reliable, need to be able to work a flexible schedule (including weekend and evenings). On call availability is a must. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. A commitment to high performance Must work well under pressure, and have the willingness and ability to learn how to operate equipment such as speaker amps, mix boards and broadcast software. At least 1 year of soundboard/radio experience preferred or An equivalent combination of education and

experience.

Knowledge of editing software including Adobe Audition or other software Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms is a plus must be comfortable learning to operate

within the stations’ websites.
