E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington. We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Tech to work at our 128-unit apartment community in Upland, CA. As the Maintenance Tech you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds and commons areas, apartment turn-over functions, and general work order maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, water heaters, pool/spa, painting, moving appliances, counter top installations, preparing mini-models, and all other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in basic plumbing, touch-up painting, basic appliance repairs, basic electrical, locks, and basic carpentry. Must be able to function effectively in a customer service environment. Must be available for weekend work and emergency service call duties.  1 year in apartment maintenance for equivalent field.
