Essential Duties and Responsibilities: along with the functions listed below, the employee in this job must be knowledgeable about and follow the Company’s Safety Policies and Procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Propane Documentation: set up new account packages; schedule propane service technicians, process new account set up, process invoicing for tank sets to customers, process invoicing for tank sets for Ed Staub &Sons, process new tanks for assets, research for errors/omissions in existing tank documentation, purchase order/receipt of goods for propane inventory, filing, maintain delivery route database, generate route cards, prepare and enter sales order batches

Customer Service: answer telephone,take orders for propane/kerosene/fuel, price quotes for current rate, answer billing questions, invoice purchases by customer, receive account payments, enter payments into MAS, prepare bank deposit, dispense propane or kerosene to walk in customers,

Load Midcom chips for drivers

Solicits sale of new or additional services and/or products to existing customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour

Required experience:

Customer Service: 1 year

Required education:

High school or equivalent
