Job Summary RJ’s is looking for a full time Human Resources Generalist. This position is responsible for all aspects of HR including recruitment, hiring and onboarding, employment processing, personnel record management and compliance with state and federal laws. HR must serve as a liaison for staff in multiple locations. Responsibilities and Duties Primary coordinator of new employee on-boarding Translate HR policies and procedures when need it Maintain personnel files Assist management with employee performance issues Coordinate annual open enrollmentQualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree desired but not required Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. 2 or more years of HR work experience Experience with ADP beneficial Prior experience handling payroll for employee headcount between 100-150 Experience creating and running safety programs Ability to maintain confidentially due to the sensitive nature of HR work.
