Our award-winning digital marketing agency is seeking a Marketing Account Manager. With the support of our leadership team, this person will be responsible for executing our current and future clients marketing needs and providing ongoing support to our existing client accounts.

Job Description:

The role of the Account Manager (AM) is to help develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the key accounts within our Company. The key account marketing plans will support, and be derived from, the outline provide by our CEO and our Account Director. The AM will be responsible for managing specific areas of our business relationships with key accounts and will work closely with the various business departments in an effort to maintain and further develop the relationship with the key accounts. The AM will help to manage our client accounts to achieve strategic sales and lead targets while working closely with the Marketing and Creative Department to provide integrated programs that support the sales effort. The AM is the main contact with all key accounts and is the liaison between the various business departments and the key accounts. The AM reports directly to the CEO, our Account Director, and specified Account Managers. The AM will also be responsible for providing critical market feedback to the Account Management Team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and build relationships with the key accounts of the Company Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product and marketing opportunities Serve as the daily point of contact for client projects--developing strong relationships with client, learning their business and acting as an advocate for their needs Evaluate client needs and provide a clear roadmap of execution strategies to achieve campaign goals Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction Provide direction to the marketing department on key marketing opportunities with the key accounts to support the sales effort Work closely with key accounts and the internal marketing department on establishing a strategic brand awareness for key accounts Provide regular reports to Senior Account Managers that accurately capture all client activity and client feedbackSeek out and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts and the market Accurately manage expenses in accordance with budgetary requirements

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

Through one to two years of sales and marketing experience you must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in the following areas: Advanced communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills Building and nurturing internal and external relationships Solid understanding of core marketing principles, such as the structure of developing and implementing a marketing campaign Ability to juggle multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously while delegating to the appropriate team members in the agency Strong prioritization skills and proven ability to meet deadlines Effective working in close team environment

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is strongly recommended
