We are a chiropractic software company looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our growing business. This position requires exceptional drive and forward-thinking, a high level of collaboration and multitasking capabilities, and the flexibility to grow with additional responsibilities and respond quickly to changing priorities.

Candidates must have experience with software support and client communications. Knowledge of Microsoft workstation operating systems, familiarity with medical billing and/or ChiroTouch products is a plus.

What Success looks like:

In order to be successful in this role you will be need to put our clients first. Have a sense of urgency when dealing with all issues. Exceptional customer service is a must. Acting as the voice for the client’s needs and voicing their concerns when need be. Having a goal to make your department and the company better.

The person likely to be successful: 

Is 100% client centric and has a real desire to help our clients with difficult issues. While being self-motivated and able to maintain exceptional workloads in a sometime busy work environment. One who can take direction and apply what was asked on their own. Always documenting every client interaction and being a stickler for details.

Job Duties that will deliver success include:

Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Ensure the live calls are answered within 5 minutes Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction (consistently maintain 95% or greater CSATs) Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Track and document all customer interaction and every step towards resolution of all client requests Collaborate with other departments (including: training, advocate, sales, and development) to ensure we are providing the highest quality customer care, and highest quality product in the market Intuitively help all those around you, at all times, whether clients, coworkers, supervisors or visitors Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned ChiroTouch products including new developments Thorough understanding of both general and billing support

Qualifications:

The perfect candidate for this position would have a high level of these attributes problem solving, presenting technical information, process improvement, network design and implementation, network performance, database knowledge.

Medical Software experience a plus Experience and knowledge of the Chiropractic field a plus Medical billing and coding experience a plus Experience with HIPPA and Medicare regulations a plus 1-2 years call center experience Basic technical and computer skills and experience Strong interpersonal skills Works hard with some supervision Good communication skills and phone etiquette Team player with customer service experience
