Job Summary

Our hydropower experience encompasses more than 500 projects worldwide and totals more than 64,000 megawatts, from conduit plants with installed capacities of less than 1 MW to plants with up to 6,300 MW of installed capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Our team is growing in the Pacific Northwest and we looking for an experienced technical leader to join our group. We have several large projects underway and this position will lead hydraulic structures activities and will also assist in future business development, meeting regularly with and preparing proposals for new and existing clients.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 15+ years design experience including at least 5 years of hydraulic structures design
+ Proven marketing skills including previous experinece in the proposal process
+ P.E. License
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to supervise others
+ Previous consulting experience
+ Experience with Pacific Northwest hydropower clients
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 11 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
