Account Executive - IQVIA (California)
Position Overview:
Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting and interviewing job candidates; select top talent to present to clients; assist in new hire orientation and manages fulfillment of schedule and travel for customer needs.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Demonstrated ability to manage and lead consultant population to meet client’s needs and expectations.
+ Partner with all roles within the Operations team to ensure consultants are effectively scheduled, recruited and follow through with scheduled training assignments.
+ Seek understand and problem solve issues which may arise when placing consultants on assignments.
+ Identify themes and reoccurring issues which may need to be addressed in the spirit of continuous improvement and consultant satisfaction.
+ Develop strong relationships with key internal partners, such as Payroll, Expense Management and Human Resources to ensure optimization of business processes and consultant/client satisfaction.
+ Being well versed in industry specifics and can provide guidelines to other team members such as credentialing processes, wage rate negotiation, etc.
+ Attend and manage client training’s with or in place of Account Manager
+ Support Account Manager with Client Communication, having the ability to interface with client liaisons when necessary.
+ Continue to build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, social media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
+ Attract applicants by posting job advertisements using newsgroups, social media and job sites.
+ Build and maintain a referral network with current consultants.
+ Evaluates applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
+ Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates.
+ Conduct pre-screen phone interviews, virtual interviews and prep candidates for interview with client representatives.
+ Supervise consultants prior to and during assignment by confirming shifts and locations.
+ Support consultants with travel booking and expense reporting.
+ Assist consultants with any and all credentialing requirements that are required by healthcare facilities.
+ Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices
+ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
+ Communicate effective recruitment strategies and constantly developing and improving upon ‘best practices’ while providing accurate and thorough documentation on contract employees through applicant tracking software
+ Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment
+ Report to Account Manager with daily and weekly updates on project **Preferred Skills/Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 years related recruiting experience.
+ Experience as an Account Executive.
+ Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.
+ Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
+ Flexible in responding to unanticipated situations.
+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
+ Ability to use a standard computer, talk on the phone and sit for extended periods of time.
+ Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast growing environment and capable of using good judgement and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
+ Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
