Sales Program Manager, Google Cloud - Google (California)
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in program management, sales operations, or consulting at a tech company.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience working in a SaaS and Cloud (IaaS and PaaS) environment.
* Program management experience, with experience consulting cross-functional stakeholders and achieve key objectives in a team environment.
* Developed analytical and problem solving abilities and the ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
* Developed project management and organizational abilities, with an ability to initiate and execute complex, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance.
* Developed written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders across a large organization.

You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.
The Google Cloud Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) Sales team focuses on promoting to businesses, which are a critical segment that delivers a significant proportion of total business. We work with SMBs via three integrated channels (i.e. directly online via our website, directly over the phone via a global sales force, and indirectly via reseller partners.)
On this team, you'll be responsible for developing programs to increase SMB, G Suite and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) productivity. As a Sales Program Manager on the SMB Sales team, you will be a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of our Google Cloud business, and achieving objectives across our G Suite and Google Cloud Platform products. You will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives through close collaboration with our SMB Sales, Sales Operations, Partner, and cross-function.

* Partner closely with internal sales teams as well as external partners and vendors to research, define, and design programmatic solutions to our largest challenges.
* Collaborate with SMB Sales Ops to define SMB, G Suite and GCP strategy and track team performance with focus on streamlining processes and improving productivity.
* Build business cases for proposed programs through close collaboration with SMB sales and cross functional teams.
* Plan requirements with internal stakeholders and usher projects through their entire lifecycle.
