A Step 2 CS Standardized Patient’s primary responsibility is to portray one or more cases and evaluate student performance in history taking, physical exam, spoken English proficiency, and communication skills. All evaluation must adhere to Kaplan’s standardized methods and checklists. Case facts must be accurately memorized, retained, and portrayed. Also must be able to retain student execution during encounter to provide accurate assessment and supportive feedback after the encounter.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

Provide enthusiastic, hands-on customer service to our students 

Assist in the administration of Kaplan classes using Kaplan specific computer

Strong organization skills 

Ability to train teachable skills


Requirements 

Customer Service Experience 

Ability to work flexible schedule 

Acting experience

Previous standardized patient experience preferred
