Principal Outbound Product Manager (JoinOCI-Edge) - Oracle (California)
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
Acknowledged expert/professional within company and/or industry nationally and internationally. Provides leadership in the development and strategic direction of new products, processes, techniques. Acts as primary consultant on large projects that effect the organization*s long term objectives / strategy. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 12 or more years of software engineering or related experience.

We are lookingfor a Principal Outbound Product Manager to join our growing team of Internetdata analytics experts in Hanover, New Hampshire. We are seeking acandidate with strong product management experience in the InternetIntelligence area and broad knowledge of core Internet protocols and cloudsecurity. Demonstrated knowledge of and expertise in NetFlow orother related Internet protocols focused on IP traffic information and networksecurity is preferred. Experience with security information and eventmanagement (SIEM), big data analytics, and/or log analytics is also sought aspart of this position. In this role, you will be responsible forconceiving and developing new products and security features in this space witha particular emphasis on Internet protocols focused on IP traffic informationand monitoring network traffic and DDoS protection for Oracle CloudInfrastructure (OCI) and related areas.
As a member ofthe Oracle-Dyn Analytics Team, you will analyze and integrate external customerspecifications from key accounts, as well as suggest and justify productdirections and specifications. Other responsibilities includedevelopment of new concepts, definition and synthesis of business requirementsfrom internal and external stakeholders, writing product specifications, andthe incorporation of new data sources and analytics to drive customervalue. The work is unconventional and complex, involving theapplication of advanced technical and business skills in the area of InternetIntelligence.
*Responsibilities:*
Define andprioritize product features and functions

Develop businessrequirements and user stories to provide design and development direction to UXdesign and Dev teams
Measure and managecustomer experience, reporting back to stakeholders

*Qualifications: *
At least 5 yearsof experience in Product Management
At least 10years of experience working with Internet-related data and protocols, withpreference for experience in security information and event management (SIEM),big data analytics, and/or log analytics
At least 10years of experience working in software engineering or a related field
Demonstratedsuccess in defining and launching SaaS products, specifically with scale andperformance design in IP traffic analytics and monitoring
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Advanced degreein Computer Science or related field
Ability to thinkboth strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
Attention todetail and proven ability to manage multiple competing prioritiessimultaneously
Excellentteamwork skills
Proven abilityto interact with and leverage cross-functional teams
