Global Product Lead (GPL), CRM - Google (California)
Minimum qualifications:
* Experience with Sales teams workflows and processes. Experience working in Large Customer Sales, Publisher or Platforms.
* Experience in project management and execution, multi-tasking and delegating.
* Negotiation experience.

A Global Product Lead (GPL) acts as the voice from sales to product to shape product strategy, maximize growth for existing products, launch new products and provide customer feedback. We work closely with Product and Sales, providing great exposure and insight to both organizations and driving growth for the business through deep partnerships with these and many other cross-functional stakeholders, e.g., Sales, Product Managers, Engineering.
As part of the team, you will use your strong analytical skills, knowledge of sales user needs and feedback from Sales leadership to shape the strategy for holistic product solutions that address those needs. You will also bring new solutions and features to users by creating launch plans, developing leads and Sales materials, and partnering with regional teams to set goals and deliver on them.
In this role, you will represent the Ads and Publisher/Platforms Sales Organizations globally and speak on behalf of all users and key business leaders. Partnering closely with Product Management and Go To Market (GTM) Operations team, you will be responsible for influencing the product roadmap and driving global adoption for our internal CRM tool. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, who is innovative, driven, and analytical, to join a fast-paced team and work cross-functionally with key partners across Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management and Engineering.
The Go To Market Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand top business needs related to our CRM system.
* Build business cases and prioritize requirements for internal systems.
* Articulate prioritized business needs clearly to Product Management team and influence their roadmap to address them.
* Ensure transparency around product development to the business and serve as a key contributor to global productivity and Sales Tools team projects.
