Ahern Rentals is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to generate new leads and grow our current customer base in their assigned area. This position spends a majority of the time alone traveling between customer worksites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
+ Identify new leads and referrals and develop client relationships with them
+ Meet sales quotas and work to exceed sales quotas
+ Resolve customer concerns in a positive and efficient manner
+ Prepare paperwork for all rental contracts
+ Coordinate with Ahern staff to see all sales through to completion
+ Develop product knowledge of current and new inventory
+ Other duties, as assigned by Management

Qualifications
+ Previous EQUIPMENT RENTAL OR CONSTRUCTION sales experience required
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills required
+ Good time management and organizational skills, a plus
+ Basic computer skills preferred
+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English
+ Must be able to pass drug test and background check
+ Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)
