Data Integrity Analyst - Transamerican Auto Parts Company - Compton, CA
The Data Integrity Analyst will be positioned in
Data/Pricing department and will be responsible for the development and growth
of our data department.
This opportunity will be located at our Corporate Office in
Compton, CA in the Greater Los Angeles area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partners
with various team members to refine processes, procedures and best
practices for managing the database environment to ensure quality of work
produced
Provides
high level analytical reports to determine data structures for actionable
business solutions;
Gather
data and develop reports for data that is received from various
sources
Further
develops operational KPI’s in coordination with other departments to
better manage operation;
Demonstrates
flexibility and resilience in response to obstacles, time restraints and
adversity;
Communicates
results of analysis effectively to business leaders to drive key
decisions;
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Must
have a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline or
equivalent technical expertise
Must
have at least 1-2 years in an analytics role;
Must
be proficient in Microsoft Office products with an advanced understanding
of Excel;
Ability
to work independently and additionally with other team members;
Must
have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
Must have
strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
Ability
to quickly evaluate incoming work and manage priorities in time critical
situations;
Experience
using a broad range of data platforms, formats and processing techniques;
Proven
ability to troubleshoot and develop creative, innovative solutions to
business challenges;
Ability
to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report
metrics;
