Position: Assistant Reservation Manager – Full - Time

Pirates Dinner Adventure is seeking a qualified individual as Assistant Reservation Manager within the Reservation Department. The Assistant Reservation Manager at our dinner show plays an integral role in ensuring our guest have exceptional experiences. We are interested in growing our team and are in search of a professional team member. The right person will be passionate with excellent customer service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

Call Center experience Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible and reliable Able to work well under pressure with high call volume Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Proficient in MS Office Suite, (Excel, Word, and Google Docs) Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work flexible hours and be a self-starter capable of working independently English / Spanish fluency required

Rate of pay: TBD

Schedule: afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays

Employee status: Non-exempt
