SOX Compliance & Remediation Analyst
Are you an experienced SOX Professional? Do you have a proven track record of using SOX Methodologies for a Fortune 500 Company? One of the largest Healthcare and Insurance Providers is seeking a highly motivated, organized SOX professional with excellent project management skills that can switch gears quickly and fill in gaps where needed.

Duration: 4 Months (possibility of extension)
Pay: $47.00 hourly
Shift: 1st shift business hours Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Identifies control gaps and assist in remediation.
Interviews company personnel, identifies internal controls, and prepares process documentation which may or may not include flowcharting
Maintain an understanding of the business functionality and operations process
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Strong Project Management Skills
Ability to Undertake Change Management
Ability to Effectively Communicate test results/findings to various Stakeholders
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
Experienced
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Advanced understanding of business processes, process controls and the impact this has on Financial Reporting
Understanding of compliance and remediation requirements and has a full understanding of SOX implications, controls, etc.
CIA or CISA certification highly desirable
4+ years of direct relevant experience
