We seek an experienced Technology Executive Leader with a start-up mindset to direct the activities of the International Direct to Consumer technology teams to develop and manage innovative mobile apps for international markets. Specifically we are seeking a leader to drive the overall international DTC technology and execution for our newly formed direct to consumer division. Each of these collaborative and fast-moving teams is dedicated to working with consumer product managers to serve end users with engaging learning experiences that improve outcomes. This ambitious, high-profile role demands a high degree of flexibility, executive leadership experience and proven expertise building out business lines and innovative products.

As the SVP Technology, Direct to Consumer International you will report to the SVP Product Management, DTC International. Exceptional cross team collaboration to deliver shared objectives is a critical requirement for this role.

High Level Responsibilities

+ Drive the overall technology vision for DTC International and roadmap across an innovative portfolio of new applications and business lines.

+ Incubate new business opportunities in large ($100m to billion dollar markets) and manage technology budgets.

+ Hire and build a strong mobile technology team who can innovate and drive the business across a broad portfolio of applications.

+ Identify and manage dependencies across multiple teams and in varied geographic locations.

+ Drive lean agile practices; implement and manage a governance model for enhancing alignment, coordination, and delivery across product activities; champion flexibility and speed.

+ Establish and drive input/output metrics that improve the overall customer experience and grow the business.

+ Create strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive transparent communication.

+ Promote a highly collaborative, customer-centric, data-driven culture that challenges norms with a bias to action.

Qualifications

Requirements

+ Executive level technology expertise with a proven track record of building out large ($100m to billion dollar) product lines through innovative mobile apps for leading consumer companies.

+ Minimum 15 years of consumer technology experience with specific expertise creating incubating new businesses and building out end to end user experiences on both iOS and Android.

+ Strong expertise and thought leadership in building technology products and platforms that include native mobile technologies, large data sets, machine learning and AI, consumer grade user experiences.

+ Executive level expertise in technology with demonstrated success contributing to the definition and development of excellent digital products.

+ Prior expertise building out

+ Outstanding analytical skills and experience building out input / output metrics that help growth the business and improve the customer experience.

+ Sound judgement enabling rapid decision making with ambiguous or incomplete data. Track record of decisions that resulted in driving business growth.

+ Results oriented with a strong focus on delivery and execution.

+ Excellent communications skills. Able to develop and deliver clear, concise communication of complex issues to multiple stakeholders.

+ Strong coaching and people development skills with the ability to effectively manage teams in multiple locations.
