Job Description
The Product Solutions team is looking for a candidate to fulfill a full stack primary development role on multiple projects in the real estate industry. The person would initially be responsible for rebuilding some existing internal and public-facing websites into modern frameworks and design, working with the Development Manager who will oversee the projects. They would additionally be called upon to contribute to a larger project for an internal web-based application based on priorities and resources.
_This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado._

The Product Solutions team is responsible for digital marketing production and product design and development. It combines all aspects of user experience, application and website development, email marketing and project management to create and support innovative solutions that help Coldwell Banker agents live exceptional lives.
Roles & Responsibilities
+ Developing full stack website architecture focused on modern design and best software development practices
+ Leverage and integrate data from various back-end services and databases
+ Build backends focused on delivering data to new and existing frontend architectures
+ Create and maintain documentation
+ Work with designers to match UI/UX intentions
Skill Requirements
+ At least 3 years of experience with PHP7 (required) and Laravel 6+ framework (preferred)
+ Experience with MySQL/MariaDB SQL database design, query and optimization required
+ Experience with React JS required
+ Experience with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery and Javascript for frontend development highly preferred
+ Basic understanding of cross-platform optimization for mobile and other devices
+ Prior development on RESTful APIs
+ Understanding of MVC and SOLID principles
+ Experience in an agile development environment
+ Experience with Git repositories
+ Able to write clean, readable, maintainable and testable code
Other Preferred Skills
+ Experience with Angular JS
+ Unit testing and continuous delivery
+ Bitbucket git repo experience
+ Has worked in a JIRA agile development system
+ Linux command line and bash script experience
+ SSH security experience
+ Understanding of basic networking
+ Worked with Plesk and domain registration/DNS records
+ Experience with Jetbrain PHPStorm IDE
