The Special Projects Associate would be responsible for developing and implementing key processes to sustain growth of a stand-alone product line. The Special Projects Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining digital tools for new products, performing analysis on operations, and working with other teams around Ruggable to solve our most pressing operations challenges. You will have the opportunity to own your work and drive meaningful change to the way that Ruggable operates. What You?ll Do
+ Oversee new production processes across multiple locations
+ Collaborate with the rest of the Operations team and cross-functional counterparts
+ Provide ?first line of defense? support to production teams to troubleshoot issues
+ Build and maintain digital tools in Google Sheets that are critical to track and sustain growth of a new product and production process
+ Perform analysis to better understand and solve our most pressing operations challenges including tracking end-to-end production and inventory
What You?ll Need to Have
+ A self-starter looking to join a fast-paced team and company that is growing rapidly
+ 2+ years of experience related to manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, or related industries
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Very strong with Excel and/or Google Sheets
+ Proficiency with computer and ability to quickly learn new digital tools and use them
+ Familiarity with improving manufacturing processes a plus
+ Bachelor?s degree, MBA a plus
