Senior Global Program Manager, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging - LinkedIn (California)

About the role

The DIBS (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging) team is looking for a passionate, strategic and impact-oriented program manager to help scale our DIBs strategy. You will be responsible for project management of our DIBS professional development programs across LinkedIn. These programs are a critical component of our work to retain and advance the careers of employees from groups that are underrepresented at LinkedIn. To manage these programs, you'll work with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to plan and execute on program design. You will also support initiatives focused on hiring, retaining and developing talent from under-represented groups. We're looking for someone who can both build strong project plans optimized for efficiency while also digging in and executing effectively in a matrixed and sometimes ambiguous environment. Most of all, we're looking for someone who is passionate about our vision of creating a thriving community of diverse professionals in tech.

About the team

At LinkedIn, we believe Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging are critical to success in achieving our vision of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce, and to achieving our business objectives. We think of “DIBs” in 3 ways: Diversity refers the composition of our team (who is in the building); Inclusion refers to the extent to which employees from all backgrounds have a voice in decision-making and resource allocation (who has a seat at the table); Belonging represents the extent to which employees can bring their authentic selves to work. We believe that we need to invest in all three areas to unlock the full potential of our workforce and achieve our goals. LinkedIn's platform, relationships and employee base put us in a unique position among companies to have transformative impact in diversity and inclusion both at our company and in the broader professional world. Our team is tasked with making that happen, and we're looking for exceptional people to help us in our mission.
