Pursuit Proposal Staffing Senior Manager-Government & Public Services

The Deloitte Government and Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence team seeks an experienced Staffing/Basis of Estimate (BOE) Lead with deep experience driving staffing strategy, building a project Staffing database, aligning staff to LCAT and functional roles, and defining the level of effort (LOE) rationale. This position works directly with the capture executive, solution architect, and technical volume lead to develop a staffing strategy to meet technical solution. The lead should have a proven track record of successful on $250M bids.
