Position Description:
Responsibilities include working with Business Development and Engineering and will be responsible for:
Pre-Product Customer Engagement:
Works with BD on future opportunities (Technical Rep of the Products)
Negotiates and helps develop customer/user requirements
Post Product Customer Engagement:
Technical support
Customer technical interface
Engineering activities:
Support product development with experience from customer interactions (technical voice of the customer)
