We are seeking an EXPERIENCED LIEN NEGOTIATOR & COLLECTOR to join our team in Sherman Oaks - responsible for resolving all pending processes in preparation for closure of cases.

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of personal injury lien negotiation experience.

Core responsibilities of Lien Negotiation team members include:

Negotiating lien-basis providers Confirming balances with non-lien-basis providers Resolving statutory/subrogation liens Negotiating/waiving med pay reimbursement Preparing Closing Letters for the providers and the client Resolving any issues that come up before/during the settlemen

Job Type: Full-time

Negotiation: 2 years (Preferred)

Minimum Previous Legal Responsibility:
