**Job Summary:**
Responsible for leading HEDIS Quality/Data Management activities for commercial and government business quality programs.
**Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:**
1. Responsible for the strategy and implementation of quality data management solutions based on evolving industry requirements tied to NCQA, value based purchasing, CAHPS and other required quality outcomes mandated results.
2. Leads the overall architecture, design, development, and maintenance of data warehousing and data mart systems which house the HEDIS and quality data.
3. Leads definition of a quality reporting and analytics strategy, including definition of critical metrics, collaboration with business partners on data collection, and highlighting key messages for senior management.
4. Leads the development and implementation of HEDIS and quality data management reports, as well as the creation and execution of HEDIS profiles for physician practice.
5. Oversees audit of every process and technical component of quality measures and conducts HEDIs Quality/data management training for health plans on a regular basis.
6. Works closely with business leaders to identify and maximize opportunities to utilize quality data to improve business results.
7. Develops and maintains relationships with IT experts and specialists to expand the capabilities of reporting and analytics.
8. Manages the tracking and reporting of performance guarantee measures.
9. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
+ Requires a BA/BS degree.
+ 7+ years of progressive experience defining and implementing enterprise reporting solutions.
+ 5-7 years management experience; experience with analytics packages.
+ Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics or Mathematics preferred.
+ Experience with NCQA approved HEDIS software vendors including VERSCEND and INOVALON.
