Program Manager 2 - L3 Technologies - Torrance, CA
L3 Technologies, Electron Technologies, currently has an opening for a PROGRAM MANAGER at our Torrance, California location. In this position you will work in multidisciplinary teams in the development and production of satellite traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTAs) for commercial and DoD customers. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Provide sales and program management support for multiple programs and customers.
Mange return material process for military products as primary POC for customer, operations, and program management
Manage program pricing process for standard products and accurately forecast bookings
Quotations:
Issue quotes from a price list
Develop and annually issue a price list for selected products
Working with Financial staff, generate historical cost information for pricing purposes
Process pricing approvals
Working with Engineering, Operations, and Quality address basic technical specification issues, develop delivery schedules, and address quality requirements for potential business
Administer demo units, inclusive of ordering new units, tracking and scheduling of existing units, and ensuring that all are in good working order
Support trade show logistics

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field (preferably engineering or physics) is necessary, with a related masters' degree or MBA a plus
Minimum of two years of work experience in program management, sales, marketing, business development, or a technical field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
Ability to successfully manage a wide range and high volume of activity
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to address complex issues and action plans with customers, program team, peers, and senior management.
Experience and knowledge of MRP systems is preferred
