L3 Electron Devices Division is the industry’s foremost domestic manufacturer of high-power radio frequency amplifiers used in satellite communications and radar applications. In addition to offering a full range of microwave- and millimeter-wave amplifiers to space and defense customers, we also develop and manufacture state-of-the-art electric thrusters for satellite station keeping and interplanetary spacecraft propulsion.

Resumes are now being accepted for our 2019 Summer Intern Program at our Torrance, California location. Our available internships will provide an opportunity to make credible contributions to one of our product lines or in one of our other departments.
We seek motivated students with solid academic backgrounds, effective communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as software commonly utilized in their respective fields, and the desire to work with technology that enables world-wide satellite communications, efficiently propels spacecraft, and guides military assets. Qualifying individuals must be entering their junior or senior year, or continuing a Master's program, by the fall of 2019 and pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Selected candidate will work with a team to document processes and procedures associated with migrating products into our Torrance facility.
