CTG has a new opportunity available with a healthcare client! CTG is seeking a EPIC Professional Billing/Claims Support Analyst for a remote opportunity. Apply with CTG for this exciting opportunity!! This consultant willprovide Epic application support work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance, possible while client focuses on important initiatives. Position is remote. No On-call.

Project Duration: 7 Months

Project Location: Remote

Job Title: EPIC Professional Billing/Claims Support

Description: Full-time

* Requirements PB and PB Claims Certification, HB Certification a Plus.

* Troubleshoot issues with PB the WQ

* Update Fee Schedule (Fri) – Production

* Research all WQ errors to WQ 140 and WQ 119

* PB Claims

* Troubleshoot issues with Claim Errors in the WQ

* Monitor the incoming PB Claims Queue and evaluate if this is something for Sylvia or myself and assign as appropriate.

* Troubleshoot issues with Cash Drawers

* Troubleshoot Point of service Payment Collection

* Claim Edit WQ Maintenance

* Security (ECL, EMP) Updates
