Job Description

+ In the home, client’s vision is to enable whole home helpfulness for everyone. We do this by building an ecosystem where our client products across mobile and hardware works with partner’s smart home devices. Today, our Works With Hey client ecosystem has grown to include almost all major brands globally and users have linked 100M+ devices.

+ Client is looking for a Business Development individual to join the Smart Home partnerships team. This individual must be extremely organized, with solid planning, tracking analytics and communications. They must be able to balance competing priorities, have demonstrated partner management experience and approach challenges with flexibility and a positive attitude. They must also be a strong communication and, above all else, a problem solver and collaborator.

+ The business development individual will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development, management and communication of scaled processes supporting the Smart Home business and will work with various stakeholders across different functional organizations to drive continuous improvements and efficiencies.

+ Support team in key scale initiatives which includes establishing deadlines related to overall team goals, execute and track progress against key milestones and communicate issues related to keeping initiative on track

+ Manage / improve data collection process from target partners

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of necessary data points

+ Synthesize feedback and communicate progress regularly

+ Establish systems and processes in place that can scale the alignment and coordination of the team

+ Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies

+ Support smart home partners in emerging categories

Qualifications:

+ BA / BS degree

+ Analytical skills and proficient in Excel / Client sheets to analyze data

+ Proficient writing skills to summarize finding and insights

+ Basic Business Development (BD) skills - comfortable presenting to external partners

Desired

+ Basic SQL skills
