Our work depends on a program reports manager joining our team to support the United States Postal Service (USPS) activities located remotely.

You will be responsible for determining requirements, developing, deploying, and supporting program reporting requirements to include SLA performance.

+ Leading all efforts related to reporting, metrics, and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Reports.

+ Identify and develop data monitoring points (i.e., key process indicator – KPIs) based on process reviews and an understanding of contract performance requirements.

+ Assisting teams build relevant reports to support SLA monitoring and reporting.

+ Build reports in easily understood formats based on reporting best practices.

+ Managing overall contract reporting, reports repository, metrics, and dashboard development and maintenance.

+ Supporting innovation efforts through value stream mapping and ROI calculations to measure successes and refine processes going forward.

+ Communicate with customers (in technical and non-technical terms) to demonstrate the validity of reporting methodology.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

+ BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

+ 5+ years of relevant experience

+ 3+ years of reporting and metrics development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Attention to detail and creating clarity when dealing with ambiguity

+ Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Experience with ServiceNow reporting

+ Experience working in a government context or with government customers

Please Note: The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
