Sales Focus Inc, the leading provider of Sales Outsourcing is hiring Outside B2B Sales Representatives in Orange County. This is a great opportunity for individuals willing to work hard and represent a globally leading industry to help your community and local businesses grow.

Our Reps are the most crucial part of the company. They are responsible for meeting with business owners and closing deals. This is a face to face, outside sales position with opportunity for advancement.

Base plus UNCAPPED commission, health, dental, vision and 401K. Opportunity to earn 85K+ with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

+ B2B Sales in predetermined territory

+ Selling an innovative technology solution

+ Effectively utilize electronic tools and applications provided

+ Achieve standards and quotas

Requirements

+ Strong work ethic

+ Great communication skills

+ Experience with selling to small / medium businesses

+ Comfortable meeting with Business Owners / C Level Executives

+ Enjoys every part of the sales process, from the initial prospecting call, through follow-up service, relationship building and closing deals

+ Is an energetic team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

+ Has strong persuasive and negotiation skills

+ Has the ability to meet goals and deadlines; efficient time management

+ Is proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Sales CRM’s
