**Tax and Treasury Intern** **Preferred Qualifications** **The internship is a 12 month, full-time, paid internship.** **The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week** . **Detailed Description** Oracle’s Corporate Tax and Treasury department is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tax and Treasury interns to support Oracle’s Tax Reporting Group. The intern will work alongside Oracle’s corporate tax and treasury professionals and will support Oracle’s tax planning, treasury planning, PMO, income tax compliance, withholding tax compliance, or non-income tax compliance teams. The intern will assist with the administration of our federal tax compliance services (preparing quarterly estimate tax projections, tax attribute tracking and modeling, assist with the completion of tax forms for the consolidated tax return, coordinating tax services with our external services providers, respond to federal notices, etc.), and/or various routine projects, in the areas of corporate finance, risk management, process improvement, and data analysis and other special projects as needed. **Preferred Skills** + Self-starter and detail oriented + Good oral and written English communication skills + Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve + Strong data analytical skills + Excellent computer skills + Goal oriented and capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision + Positive and respectful work attitude **Preferred Qualifications** + BS or MS degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Information Systems + Prior work experience is desirable but not required. + Able to work full-time for 12 months. * Interns are hired as Oracle Temporary employees whose full or part-time assignments generally range from a two-week minimum to six months, with a one-year maximum.
