SEM Process Technician - Aerotek (California)

Description:

Process Technician supporting Dry Etch and SEM tool to run processes as directed by engineers.

+ Receive and understand pass down from Process Engineer.

+ Load the wafers using the instructions from process engineers to run the recipe.

+ Be able to edit / change recipe in the tool.

+ When the process is finished, you will take the wafers to the metrology tools (XRF, Ellipsometry and etc.) based on the process engineer requirements.

+ Collect the data using SharePoint and send the pass down to next shift and to the Process Engineer, for the next step.

Requirements

+ Proficient operation of Hitachi and Zeiss SEMs to get high quality images.

+ Proficient with cutting pattern wafers and sample preparation for wafer cross section SEM.

+ Proficient operation of thin film metrology tools.

+ Proficient operation of CD SEM on pattern wafers.

+ Experience operation in Lam tool conductor and dielectric etchers.

+ Experience with wet bench process.

+ Experience in conductor and dielectric material dry etching chemistry and process development.

Schedule

+ Tuesday - Saturday (3:00pm - 12:00am)
