+ Desire to lead

+ Superior knowledge of home maintenance

+ On call availability

+ Maintenance certification

Great to haves:

+ General contractor, journeyman, electrician, or other skilled trade

+ Knowledge of maintenance operations software

+ Maintenance certification (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
