CTG is seeking an experienced UltiPro Payroll / HR support analyst for a remote opportunity.
Job responsibilities will include:
* Provide Tier 2 application support services for all UltiPro Human Resources and Payroll modules
* Troubleshoot incoming break/fix incidents, providing timely resolution and customer updates
* Complete low risk, repeatable build tasks within the Ulti modules, such as build of materials management items and adding physicians to the portal
* Answer users’ “how to” questions, and provide users with documentation and job aids as appropriate
* Complete daily application maintenance tasks as assigned
* Document issues and solutions in the ITSM application
* Participate in the day to day tracking and follow-up on issues and questions of daily operations.
* Escalate issues to the vendor as needed, and monitor vendor tickets for resolution
* Utilize the ticket management system to track issue status and work volume
* Participate in a 24/7 after hours on call rotation
* Work will be performed remotely, utilizing Teams and Zoom collaboration tools.
* Extensive experience in support of the UltiPro HR, Payroll and Talent Management modules
* Understanding of HL7 for interface troubleshooting
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
