Senior Communications Manager - NetApp - Sunnyvale, CA

As a Senior Internal Communication Manager you are responsible for the planning and implementation of Customer Success Operations (CS Ops) organizational and executive communications programs and news/information channels targeting worldwide employees. You will work closely with the management team and various departments to keep abreast of company developments trends; and develop and administer communication plans, campaigns, policies and procedures consistent with NetApp’s strategic direction.

Job Requirements
• Strategic Communication planning and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organization skills; attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks; and able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook. May utilize web content development tools.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization,
• Ability to use judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
Education and Experience
• A minimum of 12 years of experience is required; 9 to 11 years of experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree is required, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.
