MobileOne is a T-Mobile Premium Retailer. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated sales representative that possesses a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Provide efficient, world class customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Ensure an amazing customer experience. In this role youll utilize professional sales techniques and learn about the technology T-Mobile offers as you build the customers relationships that are the foundation of MobileOnes success.

Responsibilities
Consistently act in the best interest of the company
Right-fit customers into the correct phone and rate plan package
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets
Maintain a detailed knowledge of T-Mobiles products and services lineup
Provide world class customer service
Perform all required opening and closing duties
Work diligently to perform all required tasks

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Wireless experience is NOT needed
Outgoing personality accompanied with a positive attitude
Ability to provide superior customer service
Sales experience and/or experience in engaging customers
Successful past employment history
High School diploma or GED
Bilingual is a plus
