Job Summary:
Responsible for providing strategic leadership and the creation, implementation, and integration of an Enterprise Automation Strategy to transform the capabilities of the business to deliver an exceptional stakeholder experience.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
+ Acting as a champion and visionary across the business and serving as a thought leader with an understanding of business operations, process excellence and automation industry evolution and technologies.
+ Initiates collaboration with business leaders, strategic automation partners, technology teams, stakeholders and internal customers focused to drive transformational change and business optimization through process redesign and automation technologies.
+ Leads multiple programs across complex lines of business; contributes to and helps identify business issues, business risks and identifies business tasks for improvement of processes and recommends and establishes optimal automation solutions that optimize business solutions to deliver seamless end to end performance.
+ Establishes governance processes, training and enterprise communications.
+ Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Qualifications
+ Requires a BA/BS.
+ 14+ years of experience managing large scale transformational projects in a complex business and systems environment
+ 10 years of management experience.
+ Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ MBA preferred.
+ Six Sigma certification or other process improvement certification preferred.
+ Experience in the assessment, selection, design, development, implementation and support of emerging technology within a mid to large enterprise preferred.
+ Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders required.
+ Ability to travel may be required.
