SOUS CHEF JOB POSTING

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Sous Chef with prior kitchen experience that works well with others and has excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible, punctual and a clear and effective communicator.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist in the preparation and service of all meals * Be able to manage all aspects of daily food operation * Work with Club Chef and Club to establish daily operational supervision and training * Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering * Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards for food handling, preparation and service * Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests. * Fill-in for Club Chef as needed QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen. * Some experience in kitchen and staff management. * ServSafe certification. REPORTS TO:
