Job Summary

Media Revolution (MRI) is a large vending company operating in over a thousand locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. MRI was created with the vision of integrating modern eCommerce with large scale food vending and is seeking to double the number of installed machines over the next 12 months.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be responsible for maintaining company- owned vending machines on client’s businesses locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Vending Service Representative Responsibilities

Maintain functional operation of coin and dispensing mechanisms Clean external surfaces and internal parts as needed Restock product as needed Collect money from machines from sold product Pick up and return machines no longer needed Track results Dispose of waste Stock Company van with new product and materials needed for servicing the machines Support warehouse staff as needed

Key skill sets :

Very high degree of trustworthiness - Work with money Must be able to work with hands and tools Ability to understand the mechanical functioning of the machines Understand the economic environment each machine is located and make informed decisions to achieve customer satisfaction Positive customer service focus and ability to handle complaints and requests as needed Address situations where machines are been abused/damaged or broken into Install machines at new locations as directed Drive safely in company vehicle and be able to follow navigation systems

Qualifications and Skills

AA Degree or equivalent experience, Clean DMV record and proficient with Microsoft Suite

Benefits

Compensation

Hourly rate $17.50 per hour and overtime pay according to California regulations.

time and one half pay for all hours worked over 8 hours per day.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Main warehouse location is in San Jose, California.

Paid Time Off

8 national holidays plus 8 days based on employee’s selection and operating requirements.

Company is closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day

Discretionary Bonuses are considered annually based on Company performance and individual performance.
