Agribusiness Logistics Manager
Winema Elevators - Tulelake, CA 96134

This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with growers and various business partners to ensure timely fulfillment and execution of orders.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Logistics: Assess all freight and logistic requirements. Monitor sales within production limitations. Account Management: Work in concert with Credit Department and merchants in order to ensure to greatest degree possible that credit has been vetted for any/all sales. Police contract balances to ensure appropriate movement of purchase/sales. Strive to ensure proper and prompt flow of documents from marketing staff and third party origins to our Accounting Department such that invoicing can take place in a prompt and accurate fashion. Maintain monthly P&L estimate procedure. Business Development Manage existing customer relationships to maximize revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Work as part of a team to grow the overall business.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
