Intensive Care Nurse - ICU Nurse - Travel - (ICU RN)

Located in Richmond in the East Bay are of San Francisco, this facility offer centers where physician specialists focus on a particular area such as spinal surgery or cardiovascular care. Only 18 miles from the City of San Francisco, 13 weeks in a variety of adventure in culture, arts and food on your next assignment. The ICU holds 8 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. Patient population is adolescent to geriatric; Sepsis, Vent dependent, neurology, renal. Telemetry, Ventilator management experience is required. Special procedures will include; Chemotherapy, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Emergent trachs, TEEs, PA lines, Arterial lines, Trans pacers, Cardioversions, CVP monitoring, CRRT. It is helpful if nurse can draw own ABG's ( from line and radial stick). Nurses are expected to be competent in working with PA lines. Demonstrate the ability to respond well to emergency situations. Work well as part of a team in ICU. Traveler should expect to float to 3 South, 3 North, MS, TCU ER observation and PACU if needed.
